Park Place on Peachtree perfectly reflects one of Casey’s signature design philosophies: “combine the tastes of the client with a style that reflects the evolving nature of design.” With this in mind, Casey oversaw a renovation and facelift to transform a plain, basic floor plan into a space that perfectly suits the taste of his client. He was also asked to embark on the daunting task of helping the client downsize from a home that was two times the size of this new living space. Casey found a way to enhance the natural light and gorgeous hardwood floors, creating an elegant and sophisticated feel with soft, cool colors, and rich textures.
